Article 1 : Purpose

The terms used in these Terms have the following definitions. User: A person who receives the services provided by Artscript under these Terms. User Agreement: A contract entered into between Artscript and the User regarding the use of the Service. Registration: The act of completing the service use contract by filling in the information on the application form provided by Artscript and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Member: A person who has registered as a member on the site by providing personal information required for membership. User ID (email address): An email address selected by the user and approved by Artscript to identify the member and use the service (only one email address can be registered per personally identifiable information). Password: A combination of alphabets, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information. Withdrawal: An expression of intent to terminate the use contract after Artscript or the member has used the service. Post: Title, content, and comments registered on the bulletin boards of exhibitions, archives, artists' respective items, and community bulletin boards.
1. The Terms shall be effective by posting them on the service screen, such as a notice board, or by other means. 2. If necessary, Artscript may change the contents of the Terms within the scope of laws and other related statutes, and notify the revised Terms, the date of application, and the reason for the revision in the manner described in the preceding paragraph. The user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms and Conditions if he/she continues to use the Service without expressing any objection after 7 days of the notice of the changed Terms and Conditions. 3. If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration, and if he/she continues to use the service without objection, he/she will be deemed to have agreed to the change in terms and conditions and it will take effect in the same way as in the preceding paragraph.
Matters not specified in these Terms are subject to the provisions of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws.
The Use Agreement shall be concluded when Artscript approves the User's application for use in accordance with certain procedures established by Artscript, such as clicking the "I agree to the terms and conditions" button.
1. Application for use is made by recording personal information in the application form required by Artscript on the registration screen. 2. The application for use is completed only after filling in all the required items corresponding to each of the following items on the application form and agreeing to the terms and conditions. 1. Artscript shall approve the application for use of the Service if the user accurately fills out the required items in the application form, unless there are special circumstances. 2. If any of the following items apply, we may not approve the use of the service. - If the application is made under the name of another person or with false information. - If the application is made for the purpose of interfering with the well-being of society or public order and morals. - If you intend to use the Service for illegal purposes such as criminal activities or spam advertisements. - In the case of an application by a user with limited user rights in violation of laws, terms and conditions, and the rules of use of each service or bulletin board. 3. Artscript may withhold approval in the following cases. - If it is difficult to approve the service due to the infrastructure, technology, or operation of Artscript. - If the age of the applicant is 14 years old or younger and consent to the provision of personal information has not been obtained from the legal representative. - In the case of an application by a user who has a history of terminating the use contract within the last 30 days. 4. Artscript may immediately withdraw its consent to use if any reason under each of Paragraph 2 of this Article is found after the completion of the use contract process.

The member shall immediately correct any changes in the information provided in the application for use, and the member shall be responsible for any problems caused by not correcting the information. 2. The member's unique information such as email address cannot be changed. 3. If the member's information falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the member's request or Artscript may change or limit or suspend the use of the service. - If it is the same or similar to the name of Artscript's service or the name of the operator, administrator, etc. and there is a risk of misunderstanding. - If it is offensive to others or contrary to public order and morals - If there is a possibility of infringing on the rights of others - If there are other reasonable reasons
With the exception of some services that are specialized for the purpose, most services and message boards do not impose any restrictions on viewing posts by default without registering as a member. 2. You will be restricted from creating posts and comments for a certain period of time after registering as a member. The restriction period is subject to change during operation. - Restricted period for posting and commenting: 0 days after registering as a member (current restrictions do not apply), 1 or more logins (current restrictions do not apply) 3. In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the service may be restricted or suspended in any of the following cases. - If it is unavoidable due to inspection and maintenance or construction of service facilities. - In the event of a national emergency, failure of service facilities, or excessive use of the Service, etc. - When it is necessary to restrict some services due to orders from the government or related organizations. - If it is impossible to continue using the Service due to business and technical reasons, or if the Company determines that it is inevitable to restrict or suspend the Service for operational reasons. 4. If Artscript restricts or suspends the use of the Service in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it shall, in principle, notify the reason and period in advance; however, this shall not be the case if circumstances arise that were not anticipated in advance or are beyond the control of the Company. 5. Artscript may establish rules of use within a reasonable range depending on the purpose or use of the Service, and the Member shall use the Service in compliance with such rules. 6. Artscript may restrict some of the services according to the member's registration date, age, activity history, request for restriction of use, etc. In this case, the criteria and restrictions will be announced on the bulletin board so that users can know.
1. Artscript may limit the storage space, post capacity, and number of days for efficient service operation. 2. Artscript may convert or destroy dormant accounts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations for accounts that have no access history for a certain period of time. 3. Artscript may take measures such as suspending, moving, deleting, etc. without prior notice if it is determined that any content posted or delivered by a member within the service falls under any of the following items, and if necessary, the member's service user status may be limited for a period of time or permanently suspended. - If it contains personal attacks, degradation, slander, profanity, slander, dissemination of false facts, defamation, etc. against the member or a third party - Is intended to intentionally deceive others or to fraudulently obtain a commercial, business, or other personal advantage - It imposes its own religious beliefs or demeans the religion of others. - The content violates public order and morals. - If the content is recognized to be linked to criminal behavior - If the content infringes on the copyright or other rights such as portrait rights of the member or a third party. - In the case of distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc. - If it interferes with the use of other users, such as stalking, excessive use of unnecessary special characters, or repetitive pasting of posts. - Content that is discriminatory against a specific group of people and significantly causes humiliation or disadvantage to that group or its members. - If it violates other related laws or violates the rules of use for the purpose of each bulletin board set by Artscript. 4. If Artscript receives a request to suspend a member's public postings based on infringement of the legal rights of other users or third parties, Artscript may delete the postings or take temporary measures such as blocking the postings, and will follow the agreement between the requestor and the registered member or the result of legal action. 5. If Artscript recognizes that a post published in the Service infringes on the rights of a third party, such as invasion of privacy or defamation, it may take down the post even without a request for takedown in the preceding paragraph.
1. The copyright of posts posted within the service belongs to the author of the post. 2. To the extent applicable to each of the following, Artscript may use the posts registered by members. - Reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute the posts within the service, and for this purpose, change, modify, or move the title and content of the posts. - If the post is not suitable for the purpose of each bulletin board or violates the rules of use, we may modify the post, change the location of the bulletin board, or delete it. - The contents of a post may be blocked for a period of time due to a report from another member. - Members can use the title and link of a post by using functions such as Save, Clip, and Like. - Images, titles, and parts of contents created by members may be distributed by e-mail for distribution in e-mails, newsletters, etc. - We may provide necessary information such as the title and content of posts and nicknames to related affiliates for improved services such as search. However, in this case, the information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the specified purpose, and the member's personal information such as e-mail will not be provided. 3. If Artscript intends to use a member's post in a way other than Paragraph 2, Artscript shall obtain the member's consent through a direct message, email, or re-consent to the Terms of Service. 4. If a member withdraws or loses membership, the clippings, posts, likes, etc. recorded in the ID will be automatically deleted within 30 days after withdrawal. However, posts posted on public bulletin boards, reposted or duplicated posts, and posts combined with other people's posts are not automatically deleted, so you must delete them yourself before withdrawing.
1. Artscript complies with relevant laws and regulations and these Terms of Service, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services. 2. Artscript protects the member's member information and discloses and complies with the privacy policy. 3. Artscript shall not leak or distribute the member's personal information known in connection with the provision of the service to a third party without the consent of the member. However, this shall not apply if there is a request from a national agency under the provisions of laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, if there is a purpose of investigating a crime, or if there is a request under the procedures prescribed by other related laws and regulations. 4. Artscript does not send commercial e-mails, SMS text services, etc. for commercial purposes without the member's consent.
1. Members are responsible for their personal information, such as their email and password. 2. All rights and responsibilities for posts, etc. created by members belong to the member who created them. 3. Information obtained through the service may not be collected, reproduced, or distributed without the consent of the information right holder. 4. The user shall not engage in hacking, distribution of illegal materials, and other illegal activities using the service, and shall be responsible for the results and losses of business activities caused by violating this, and legal actions by related organizations. 5. Members shall familiarize themselves with and comply with the terms and conditions and rules of use established by Artscript.
1. When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member must apply for termination through the Internet. However, if there is a request from a related organization, it may be possible to terminate the use contract even if the member does not directly withdraw. 2. Membership information will be automatically deleted 30 days after membership withdrawal, and re-registration is restricted during this period. 3. When withdrawing from membership, clippings, likes, saves, etc. associated with the ID are deleted, but posts made on public bulletin boards are not deleted, and if you want to delete them, you must delete them yourself and withdraw. 4. If you withdraw from the site while being disciplined for violating the site rules or terms and conditions, you cannot rejoin, and if the fact of discipline is confirmed after rejoining, your use may be restricted or you may inherit the previous member action history.
Members may not transfer or assign the right to use the service or other contractual status to others, nor may they provide it as collateral.
Artscript shall not be liable for any damages to the Member in connection with the Services provided free of charge, unless such damages are caused by Artscript's intentional or gross negligence.
1. Artscript shall be exempted from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure. 2. Artscript is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of facilities for the Service. 3. Artscript shall not be liable for any obstacles to the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the Member. 4. Artscript shall not be liable for any damages caused by the profits expected by the member using the service or the data obtained through the service. 5. Artscript shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data, facts, etc. posted by the Member on the Service.
If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
(Effective Date) These Terms are effective as of August 18, 2020.
